| The right hind track of a house mouse. The maximum size of these 'dots' is just 0.5mm in diameter and was the evidence I needed.... it was tracked as it had left spoor after drinking from our dog's bowl in the night and then helping himself to some dog biscuits - having walked all over the biscuits and then leaving powdered biscuit transfer with a little water...meaning that its foot was covered with a sort of biscuit paste. Obviously an enlargement the tracks were nevertheless traceable across the grey kitchen tiles. I'll leave you to work out the rest of the story! |
